Patricia Goodsell, President

Patricia Goodsell is a Certified Public Accountant and tax preparation professional. She enjoys helping small to medium businesses with their accounting and tax planning and preparation. She also specializes in preparing personal, partnership, corporation, fiduciary, and estate tax returns.
Patricia started Goodsell & Associates in 1981 in Everett, Washington. The business is family oriented and many of Patricia's large family have helped to build the firm's solid reputation for reliability, security, and accuracy. In her spare time Pat loves to travel. She sings soprano with the Everett Chorale and has sung in China, Vienna, Austria, Italy and at Carnegie Hall in New York with this group.

Neil J. Goodsell, CPA

Neil J. Goodsell is a Certified Public Accountant. He graduated with a degree from St. Martin’s College after serving in the U.S. Air Force. He has extensive experience solving complex tax problems, and is the primary preparer of not for profit tax returns. 
Neil is a camping and hiking enthusiast and enjoys classical music, especially opera.

Denise M. Collene, Vice President

Denise Collene is a Certified Public Accountant. She graduated with a BS/BA in business administration from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, and has been an accountant since 1982. She has had extensive experience in both public accounting and industry before joining Goodsell and Associates in 1994.
In her professional life, Denise enjoys working with new and existing businesses setting up and administering their accounting programs. Personally, Denise loves to go camping with her husband and dog, and restoring and driving her 1956 Chevy and 1957 Buicks.

Kerry Van Duren

Kerry Van Duren is an Enrolled Agent and accounting professional. She first began working in tax and accounting in 1996. She has extensive experience with small business accounting, ranging from every day bookkeeping to payroll to state and federal tax reporting. She also specializes in individual and business tax returns.
Kerry enjoys spending her free time with her grandchildren. She also enjoys reading and traveling at least once a year to someplace she has never been.
